Who is the best parts supplier?
« on: Sunday,January 23, 2022, 05:15:18 PM »
I'm going to be pulling the trigger on purchasing a whole pile of typical maintenance parts for my S2 (Renault engine). Can anyone recommend a good "one-stop" inexpensive parts seller? I'm not looking for performance parts, only all OEM. I'm going to be buying things like water pump, head gasket, all hoses, motor mounts, belts, dist cap, points, carpet, pedal assembly, spark plug wires, brake pads, etc..

Further down the line I'm also eventually going to hound you, the general Lotus community, for parts I can buy used, like trunk lid, seats, intake/exhaust manifold, carburetor, air cleaner housing, rear bumper, misc. lights, etc...

Here’s a list of suppliers: http://www.lotuseuropa.org/LotusForum/index.php?topic=1389.0

Since you’re in New York, r,d,enterprises is close and reliable. Don’t discount Brit suppliers or Dave Bean though.
