72 Europa Owner History

I am on a quest to find the prior owners of my car, have talked to the 3rd owner, Bob Weber, shocked the heck out of him, could you imagine having someone out of the blue contacting you about a car you sold 25 years ago.  Still trying to fill in the gaps. I know the car was sold new in California then sold in New York 2001, Florida in 2015 and in New Jersey in 2019, then I bought it in 2025 in Virginia.
Here's what I have so far.
