A "slightly" modified Europa with a Chevy LS motor
« on: Sunday,May 04, 2025, 06:57:56 AM »
Despite what the owner had to do to make him and the V8 fit with the extended wheel base, he did a pretty good job with the modification and keeping the proportions of the original, at least in the video.

I agree. It still looks reasonably Europa-like. I do wonder where the radiator is, though. The front wheel pushes right into where the radiator was.

I saw the car and talked to him at a LOG in West Virginia. He's a nice (and humble) guy and while I would never do what he did, I give him a lot of credit for building the car he wanted to build. I'm looking forward to seeing what he does for his roadster!

I've been Following him on Instagram.
Yes, I'm a cheerleader of this project. I may have to follow his lead in getting title to an S1, apparently dead owners can't send in a bill of sale or show their driver's license.
