Formula 1: Drive To Survive
« on: Saturday,November 27, 2021, 11:48:57 AM »
HI:
If you want to watch an interesting series on F1 try "Formula 1: Drive To Survive".
Its not Hollywood or staged and the language isn't "cleaned up".
There have been 3 seasons already with a 4th on its way in 22.
The one thing that is obvious is the safety of the drivers in a crash situation.
It has improved drastically over time.

I'm anxiously awaiting the next season of Drive to Survive!

The movie "1" is even more to point. It traces the history of Formula 1 using safety as a strong subtext. It's a great movie and well worth a fan's time. It's filled with great archival footage and rare interviews. I used to be available on Prime and might still be but I'm no longer a member. Hopefully you'll be able to find it by doing a search on your streaming device (Roku, Apple TV, etc.).
