A very strange looking car on BaT
« on: Wednesday,December 01, 2021, 07:19:27 PM »
This is one of the oddest looking (dare I say “ugly”?) cars I’ve ever seen but I really can’t be too negative about it. I don’t think designing and implementing doors on a car is a trivial exercise. It would have been better if those doors were in a more appealing shape.

Incredibly, it sold in 2019 for almost $18,000! I wonder what it will bring this time.

It looks like a cartoon character to me.

I would be embarrassed to open the door and get in the driver's seat.

As one of the posters said, it looked like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down!

One of the comments...

Pugs, everyone loves them, this car is like a little car Pug! Everyone loves Pugs right? Their cute little squished faces, the snorting, the attitude! What’s not to love, it matches the car perfectly.

I own a pug....doesn't make me like this car!

Looks like a lot of effort went into it though! What I think are the front spindles look questionable..
The more I do the more I find I need to do....remember your ABC’s …anything but chinesium!

Not long to go on the auction. I bet it won't make the reserve.

The cars friends would be sorry to see it go.

There is a certain resemblance! Are they related?  :)

It's apparent value decreased since the last time it auctioned on BaT. The bid only went to $12,500.
