@Bodzer The answer to you question is Yes and No! Evija is the Slavic language variant of the feminine name Eva or Eve (As in the "First Woman" Eve created in the Book of Genesis in the Bible). Eva comes from the Hebrew Chava/Hava (Hawa in Arabic) which means "To Breathe" or "Living" because of the Biblical Mythology claim that Eve was created from Adam's rib. Hebrew, Arabic, and Aramaic are all linguistic variants of the Semitic language family. I guess the metaphor would be that Lotus creating an electric hyper-car is equivalent to God creating the "First Woman." Well at least that seems more thought out than the Elise being named after Elisa Artioli (the grand-daughter of Romano Artioli) the presiding chairman of Lotus at the time the car was conceived.
@Dilkris Before becoming a College Professor, I was a musician who toured in 30+ countries. Hence my fascination with Languages. Actually played on a couple of hits that were big in the UK. The Photo was taken in the London office of Epic Records. I'm the guy kneeling on the floor with a panama hat.
