Notes on fitting a Quaife torsen diff

The output shafts are thinner so you need to use a thicker o-ring for the seal run.  Measure and make sure.  Ended up using a metric o-ring.  The output shafts have a machined step on them which makes it difficult/impossible to fit the o-ring/seal run assembly once the tranny is together.  The o-ring hangs up on the step and does not seat in the seal run, or seat fully home.  Fit them before you assemble the tranny.  Use a thin screwdriver to push the o-ring into place before pushing the seal run home.
