Has anyone found a replacement or alternative for this.
-
Yes. The interior shop I took my seats to replaced them wit standard canvas webbing.

I've been looking for the replacement rubber webbing for while and so far no one offers them. I've been thinking of using an aluminum plate suspended by springs under the seat cushion,

Mine need doing and I was thinking of adapting some that are used on alot of other classics like this one.

Why not just get nylon seat webbing and do it like a garden chair? I can assure you that if you're having the car judged at a local show, no one is going to lift your seat cushion to see if it's stock (which is NLA at this point). Pop rivet, washer, webbing, seat frame...done in a half hour.

three left to right, three front to back. You're golden.
Used this method on a number of Piper Cherokee and Cessna 172/182 seats using this material and it passed muster with the inspector...pretty sure it's overkill for the Europa, but one solution.

I think bought the rubber bladder from either Dave Bean or RD when I did my seats 7 years ago.
Have you tried them?
