Title: Oil passages in transaxle?
Post by: Blitzen on Saturday,August 20, 2022, 12:38:51 PM
Grinding down a boss on an NG3 transaxle to mount the lower links and I hit what I assume is a casting air pocket.   Just looking for confirmation that Renault transaxles don’t have any internal oil passageways.

Can you probe with a wire? Does it go anywhere?

Probe didn’t go anywhere but felt inconclusive.

There are no internal oil passages in the Renault 3xx and NG series transaxles cases.
Thanks John.
