I have 1 europa 5.5" steel wheel

FWIW, An overnight Oxalic acid (wood bleach from Ace) soak will remove all that rust and make it look new without harming the steel. I cleaned up a set of steel wheels that looked just like these. Phosphoric will react with and alter the rust into a ferric coating from what I remember. Light rust, Oxalic is great.

I think this is the third time I have replied to one of his "for sale" posts and I also PM every time and have never heard back ever.
