No,
I don't want to. It's too expensive for this "idea". I just have to wait or find something else that can be used, somehow.

Not sure if you contacted me before about these parts, but I have what you need. I am located in the US. so shipping might be a problem. However,I am willing to give it a go.

Sorry, I have not seen your reply until now. I am interested - will you find out your expenses and price?

Two years ago I went to UPS to ship two driveshafts to Germany.
They wanted $400 for that, so I ended up taking them in my suitcase, and shipped them from the Netherlands.

The largest expense in any home restoration of a foreign car is going to be shipping and custom duties. Buy local if you can. They are paying duties on wholesale prices, you're paying it on retail. Even if the local supplier is 20% higher in cost, it's still cheaper than shipping it in from out-of-country.

I think you’re right JB, but when you need to ship something, how you ship it can make a big difference. Shipping through one of those “shipping stores” (where they take shipments for multiple companies, have mail boxes, etc. - I obviously don’t know what to call them) is probably the most expensive, then going directly to the shipping company like DHL, and if you can get a business to ship (or receive) it for you, it’s even cheaper.
