Can anyone know what is the hole next to the heater pipe hole on the right size of the photo used for? There is a dried out rubber isolation grommet in the chassis.  Thanks

Speedo cable? Oil pressure guage line?

Thanks, oil pressure makes sense. Wiring for the V-8 was a nightmare!
