Whilst looking for new wheel nuts I came across these new wheels at £286 per set of 4.

Maybe useful to somebody.
If somebody has a uk supplier of reasonably priced 3/8 unc wheel lug nuts please let me know

That's a decent price, and even cheaper than the manufacturers site: https://www.johnbrownwheels.com/product/55-x-13-d1-4x9525-5513D1495 (https://www.johnbrownwheels.com/product/55-x-13-d1-4x9525-5513D1495)
But, they are copies of the Dunlop D1 wheel, not a standard Lotus wheel (though they were a period fitment to Lotus 7 S3's albeit in a Ford PCD).

For the steel wheels or Alloys?
I got mine for the Lotus Alloys from ebay UK. You need to measure the dimensions for wheel thickness, washers, shoulder length etc very carefully to make sure there is enough thread engagement, and that the dont bottom on the hub before they clamp the wheel. The nuts on my car when I bought it stripped on the rears when I attempted to torque them to the correct level! I ended up using the washers from my old nuts with the new nuts, as the ones supplied were a little thinner.
