oldest trick in the book......spray water on the car and take the pictures to reveal a mirror like image.
this car was on Craigslist before and has been circulating around.

I never buy a car unless I touch it.  To far away anyway ;however parted out  could get you a little  profit.

That car has been for sale for months. I would run away.
