Title: FS: Europa S2 Renault engine

I have had  this Renault engine stored in my basement for something like 20 years.  I would love someone else to own it and ideally use it!

Europa Renault 821-02 engine
serial # 11862

It has a fancy London C T alloy valve cover
I have a carb and carb rebuild kit in a box but I do not see the intake manifold. 
No fly wheel
