I had a quick question which I can't seem to find when searching. On my S2 the door quarter window appear to be old perspex and are now cracking. Were the quarter windows originally tempered glass or were they always perspex?
Thanks,
Ross

Early cars had perspex, later cars had glass. I don't know when the change occurred.

Does anyone know of a supplier of new perspex quarter windows? I have seen full S1/47 side windows, but not quarter windows for the S2.

If Banks can make the full door windows, he should be able to make the quarters. Give him a shout and ask.

Make your own if you still have the glass ones. I melted Lexan over the original glass windows as a form. Took a little experimentation as to temperature (use a kitchen oven) and time. Turned out really well with good fit.

Melted is be too strong a word. Heat until it just starts to be pliable.
I assume though that you do not have the glass ones. You could use scratched perspex originals as bucks if you are careful. The curvature does not need to be exact.

Although I could take the risk, I would rather not put my only windows in my oven, but it does sound like it's not that hard to do successfully. Until I'm a bit more desperate, I would like to find a supplier of new Perspex windows. I will try Banks as a first.
I do assume that there are quite a few Europa owners who have the same need for these windows.
