Cars & Coffee
« on: Sunday,April 28, 2019, 06:46:58 PM »
The folks at the Motorsport Circuit here on Vancouver Island are planning on doing a Cars & Coffee every month. Very cool! Todays had perhap 200 cars, primarily modern USA (PNW redneck country) and lots of Bimmers and Porsches but three of us diehards brought our Lotus.

John brought his "new" Europa up from Victoria today so we had two running Europa's at the same place... amazing!

Here's a photo.... Corvettes are huge!

For bonus points, what cars headlights are in the lower left corner?

Great to see 2 Europas together. US cars = bigger is better.

Car styles certainly have changed and as Sandyman says have gotten bigger! Looks like a great event. Sorry, I won't be getting the bonus points. Don't leave us hanging!

Looks like a decent turn out.  Our first big event of the year was a wash out, but there's supposed to be a "make up" event on the 11th of May.  Hopefully I have mine there.

Is it an Alfa 4C?

Ross,
The Spanish Banks one.  There have been a few at the Home Depot in Coquitlam over the past few months, which I've missed other than one last November.  Hopefully, fingers and toes crossed, the car will be finally be driven into Kits next weekend so I can attend the Cars and Coffee along with the ABFM.  I'm still a little leery of driving the car A) on the highway and B) so far from the garage.
