I have paid $5,000 for complete rolling cars.
There is far too much missing to make it into a viable proposition.
Therefore IMHO it is only worth the parts you can see.

Grassroots Motorsports. There's been one or two "free" Europa's on that board. But from what I've noticed, the free ones are bitsa's and have been (or may end up as) a $2k challenge car.

I found their EV reporting way too one-sided and left.
So I am no longer a Dork!
Any criticism of EV's is forbidden there.
And beware, I got ripped for $220.00 trusting a long time poster there.
