Plastic gear repair.
  I found this article online and just want to pass it on . The Speedo gear seems to be a candidate and some plastic heater knobs. See pics . Sorry the “link to” did not work.

Is there a step missing or something....the gear tooth forming process doesn't seem clear to me

Dman the universe speaks in mysterious ways!! I was checking in with my grandmother during the ice storm and we would talk about all manner of things. One day she decided to show me an advertisement that my grandfather had been featured in. It was for...Devcon plastic steel!

My grandfather was an artist/sculptor and apparently he used plastic steel extensively to make patterns for casting sculptures. He also used it to make "metallic" figure sculptures.

I told my grandmother I would find out if the product was still made....and then you did it for me! Thanks!!
