Looking for Mr Tinkler of Faceby

I recently spoke to a local specialist auto tuner in Faceby North Yorkshire about my Europa and he said, "Oh you must know Mr Tinkler, he has a Europa and lives in the nearby".  I don't but I'd like to, are you on  the forum Mr Tinkler?
