Not as many pictures as there should be. It seems to be a pretty nice car with some good pieces (steel crank, bored to 1700cc, Mikuni carbs, ss headers). Original parts such as carbs are included. The paint is original. It recently went through a body-off "mechanical restoration." With no pictures of the interior, I would have to assume it wasn't touched. The asking price is $47,000 which I think is a bit steep.

It's not to Certifieds' specs thats for sure. I wish him well.

Shaking my head here.
I just cannot see TC's being worth double or triple of S1/S2 values.
Particularly when TS head conversions are relatively cheap.

I've seen this with other makes. Soon everyone jumps on the bandwagon and asks high prices. Whether they sell or not. then you can no longer buy one for reasonable money, tben people have to pay those high amounts and tbe high price sticks. I personally dont like it

Punched this engine out to 1700cc, put in a steel crank, header, electronic ignition, and some Mikukis, and all they got was 19 additional Hp? I'd call that a whole lot of time, effort and cash wasted for a mere 15% increase. And much ado about original paint that frankly looks this weak? Which says that original interior probably also look pretty worn. And then to say "Condition Excellent". Uh, no, its just isn't. I said it before: seeing more and more overpriced cars now crawling out of the woodwork.
