Great thread but many of the part numbers appear to be out of date/NLA.

I posted earlier about rear hub bearings out of ignorance. Reading through some of the page about bearings for an S1 and S2, it’s not quite that simple but according to Dave Syer, the outer bearings on all Europas are the same and you only need to turn down the stub axle to use the TC (not TCS) inner bearing. I also did some poking around Dave’s site and he had a humorous comparison between the Porsche 914 and the Europa (http://www.syer.net/europa_914_comparison.htm). I don’t necessarily agree with everything he says but I thought it was a fun read!
