If you are a newby like me and are looking for parts for your project, SJ Sportscars may be the company for you. They are based in England and have a comprehensive list of parts for all Lotus brands that are not available in North America as I have found out. I compare prices of SJS with Lotus Supplies (Banks) all the time.

I have just ordered some things from SJS. Ordered by 16.00, dispatched the same day. Excellent service.

They are usually very quick with dispatch. Highly recommended, subject to price.

When I was building my car, I bought a lot of stuff from Richard (aka Banks Service Station at the time, now Lotus Supplies). He always shipped promptly and I thought the quality was excellent. I've recently had reason to order stuff from SJ Sports Cars and was very impressed with Steve's service. Today I ordered a stub axle from Kelvedon (https://kelvedonlotus.co.uk/) and am very impressed with Doug's service and price so far! I've also gotten good service from r.d. (Ray and George) and Dave Bean Engineering (Ken) in California (phone # (209) 754-5802. I'd have to say that all the usual suspects have given me great service and advice if I need it.
