Found this on Craigslist, been for sale for a while.

The wheel looks like the 4 spoke revolutions which were popular in the mid 70s over this side of the pond. I think you can still get the same style of wheel but marketed under a different name these days, a bit like the Minilite copy of the original 60s version.
