 Dang Sandyman, I know how long you waited for that.☹️
Ebay is good with this problem but message the seller and see what they will do.

Seller offered $20 and a new fan. No mention of damage to rad.

HI;
I am in the middle of an ugly with Ebay and a supplier.
Ebay says that I waited too long to get them involved for the money back pledge as I was waiting for a replacement part getting shipped from China (and it never arrived).
Now I am out the cost of the part and no replacement in sight.The supplier sends me a little polite "I am looking into this problem presently".
This has been going on since Feb 15/2019 when I first ordered the component.
My advice:If you are not happy with the seller get Ebay involved right away!!!

Thanks Bernie, the supplier has until Thursday, then I will get Ebay involved. Where in Ontario are you?

There is nothing wrong with the rad.  Use a tooth pick or (carefully) a small screwdriver to straighten the fins.

Also, buy a good quality fan from Spal or equivalent.  They are much better made and much higher output.

I second what JB said about Spal fans. Their website lists flow in cfm too.
