How do you go about getting a “ Letter of Provenance”?

When I did it, Andy also wanted some pictures of the car, to be sure I actually owned it. I don't remember exactly what, maybe the VIN plate, and overall pic of the car?

You can also try Lotus Silverstone in the UK (lotussilverstone.co.UK). They advertise a letter as well as a box of Lotus stuff like a pen, badges, etc.
The price is 175 British Pounds.
I don't know if this replaces what the Factory used to provide.
