It’s a 5-speed but boy is it rough! I don’t think I’d pay more than $10,000 and that would be generous I think. It’s going to be a frame off. However, I claim zero aptitude in valuing any car.

I have seen a lot of 4 speed cars marketed as having 5 speeds.  Not saying this isn't a five speed.  I just wouldn't take anyone's word for it.

Agreed.

Too many unknowns.

There are two more east coast Europa's...one in Virginia & one in Pennsylvania that are in similar to the one you've listed.  Both are asking around 20k and are non-runners.

It's a dam shame that some sellers could ask so much...buyers beware!

Having restored 6 basket cases, and 1 runner, 4129R, I know exactly what to expect, and if that car has been left open to the elements without a windscreen for a long time, there are an awful lot of things inside which could have been badly damaged by water or wildlife.

maybe good parts donor for body and side/rear glass and maybe suspension bits but 14K+?????!!!!!   Nah.  Caveat Emptor.  Spent less than that by a large margin for a car that at least is running right now, if not in show quality nick.
