The one is far better for the price! But Elans to me are meh...Europa is where it is at!

IMHO that is a "full" price for a +2 in the USA.

I thought +2s and Europas were about the same price, with 2 seater FHCs being about 25% more expensive, and DHCs being the most expensive, with a 1972 Sprint DHC at the top of the range.
