You want History...OK...Pictured is the 1st prototype model 74 chassis w/ the Big valve.
Can you name the blokes in this shot ?
From left to Right:

Keith Loader-Manufacturing, Mike Kimberly-Project Manager, Oliver Winterbottom-Styling Manager,
 Chris Denter-Engineering, John Freeman-Technician, Dennis Jewell-Technician, Roger Constable-Technician & Roger Becker Technician.

For those of us who treasure our version 3 series... but still admire the earlier 46 or 54 /65's.... These men made it happen!

I recognise Kimberly but that's about it. Keep 'em coming, I find the old photos interesting, real period pieces. (perhaps 'cos I'm an old period piece myself ?)

Very cool stuff, Lou. I'm loving these historic photos as well. I see there was still some styling tweaks left to go when this photo was taken. Very interesting.
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.

I ran across a few old photos as well. These are from Fred Latus Jr.'s Album in the photo gallery.
