Title: Dash install Q

This is the dash pattern that came with the car. Building a new one. What goes through those 2 elongated holes behind besides the window switch wiring?  Seem like rather large holes.

On my tcs the wires for the window switch pass through the holes to the center console.

Only the 3 wires for each window switch.
