A Europa owner in the Netherlands, Willem Leeflang, had a batch of S2 seat shells made up.  He may have a few left.  It looks like there is an email address for him on the registry

SJ Sportscars list a seat shell for S2

and Lotus Supplies list the shell, covers and a complete seat

but they don't have prices posted for shells or complete seats, so it looks as though these are a special order.
