Nice video! Did I hear him say that the 4 cylinder engine only came with an automatic tranny? I looked up the Emira on Lotus' website and found that the 4 cylinder motor made 360 hp! I guess an automatic wouldn't be that big of a drag on that engine after all!
It certainly is a nice car! Way out of my price range, though.

Thanks for posting. If you are a follower of Harry you'll know he quite likes Europa's …at least when he did a piece for Silverstone Auctions he greatly admired a cracking purple one…..if you scroll to about 8mins 20 seconds

That purple Europa has a horrible snow plough, which he picks up on.
IMHO, the gold pin stripes are not original or necessary, but each to their own taste.
He seems to know his stuff. I had never heard of him before the Emira video.
No engine cover gas struts in the £30k spent over 12 years.
