Hopefully, we don't have this much trouble but I think we can all relate to this:

I know the problem, but the way those doors open does not help.

I once took a short, overweight...OK, obese... individual (think 5 1/2 feet, 300 pounds) in my Europa for a quick ride. I had to go into the office and get 2 other guys to help hoist him out of there. He could not even manage to fall out as he could not support his upper body weight with his arms...he was afraid of falling on his face.

I did the same when I first bought my car. I thought I was going to have to cut him out, but we couldn't reach an agreement on whether to cut him or the car.

Another time I took a friend for a drive. He wasn't obese and is actually quite fit, but he was 6'5" and just a big boned guy. His exit from the Europa looked just like the guy in the video.
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.

I don't know about others, but I spent quite a while practising entry and exit before taking the Europa out. ;)
