That’s an Elite, not an Eclat as the ad claims. The letters on the tell the tale.

It does look pretty complete and restorable. They had a short production run and sadly they don’t get the respect I think they deserve. I hope it goes to a good home.

I saw on at willowsprings a few years back. Was called the "chotus" it had a SMB Chevy swap, 9" year and a ford t5 tranny. Was pretty fast. Will try n find pictures.

I think these were to similar to the Gemlins, etc to be taken seriously when new.

I had one for 5 years; some issues, but not too onerous or unreliable.  Reasonably fast, very 'chuckable', but a comfortable and smooth ride.  I love them; wish I could find one in a bit better condition than this one...which is about 20K from being roadable assuming the frame isn't roached.  If it is...all bets are off.
