drove my s2 onto the self weigh bridge at the local trucks stop and it gave me 630kgm and noticed  by about the right amount when I stepped off of the bridge. About 1/2 fuel.

That sounds right. Mine weighed in at 1660 lbs. with me in it (about 200 lbs).  The TCS is supposed to start out heavier than the S2 and a few things like Banks’ twin link would probably boost it a few pounds.

I also weighed my car on a truck scale.  With full fuel, jack, spare, and trunk in the car, but driver out of the car it weighed 1560  lbs.

I should have noted that when I weighed mine, the spare, jack, and tools were not in the car, but the trunk was. I had a brass radiator then which I've replaced with an aluminum one. I guess over all, my weight was a bit compared to a normal car. On the other hand, I don't carry a spare because there is nowhere to stow my oversized tires/wheels so it's not that far off from a normal driven weight for me.
