Test ride complete. The good news is that the gearbox doesn't leak any more. Anywhere :beerchug:

The source of another leak is the forward crankcase pulley. It had a new seal on it and hadn't leaked prior, so I may be looking for another 843 crank pulley and replacing the seal.

Another concern is that my brakes are atrocious. Standing on then to come to a rolling 20mph stop and yet only on the last foot it seem to grab.  when bleeding them I noticed the front discs would be had to turn afterwards, back brakes re drum.

Carb needs adjustment sometimes seeing light Black smoke billow out. Ill check the plugs also. light black soot at exhaust.

                 :Welcome:

Can you supply any information about the Europa these steel wheels attach to?
Sorry about not having an answer as to a vendor but I sandblasted off the rust with a hand held gun, not a clean job by any means. My point is that afterwards I had it powdered coated and found that rust appears on top of the coating when submerged. It’s my spare. It rust does wipe off but for how long.
