FS - Europa gas tanks
« on: Saturday,February 12, 2022, 12:07:06 PM »
I finally got a chance to take some pictures of my friends left over gas tanks for the Europa. I have one TC tank, drivers side with sending unit and two S2 gas tanks both with sending units. State of the sending units whether working or not are unknown. All have surface rust but the no visible deep corrosion. Asking $45 for each tank plus shipping.

Is that an FZR 400 hiding in there?

Damn, somebody knows his motorcycles. Yes, my 1988 FZR400 currently taking up valuable garage space. As much as I hate to do it, it may be going up for sale.

Depending on the condition, I may be tempted. I had ninja and cbr 600's in the late 80's early 90's. I loved the FZR 400's for light their weight. I still have a CB400F I restored, rode and parked on display. Similar weight but not power. PM me if you do sell. My mother in law is in Falbrook, it would give us another reason to visit her.

Looking for a right side S2 tank.
Looks like yours are both left.

I'm confused, didn't the S2s only have one gas tank?

In the US, yes.
If I've read post correctly Euro versions got both tanks.
Probably have to order from Banks.  ;)

Yes, slowly whittling down his larger bits.
