Steering wheel mount at dash
« on: Wednesday,January 10, 2024, 09:06:17 PM »
Anyone have a picture of how the under dash brackets and ignition switch are orientated on the column? Not really clear in the exploded parts listing (HA/H15). All the parts I have are shown, but nothing seems to want to line up?

I had the column apart here

The switch only goes on in one place so the lock assembly drops in.
I hope the pics help .

Thanks, Dman for the pictures. I finally figured it out at 2:30 am. The angles of the support mount plate, bracket mount, key support casing and u-bolt clamp were throwing me all off. I was also trying to eliminate the key mount support case as my key is now on the center counsel. Since this is a TCS the key mount is needed to support the column. I will just cut the key portion off and use the rest of the mount.
