Has anyone found a skilled/trustworthy rebuilder of Smith instruments?  Howabout a source for the thin rubber gauge to I.P perimeter gaskets?

I had my tach modified for my Pertronix by West Valley Instruments (https://www.westvalleyinstruments.com/). The guy there sure seemed to know what he was doing.
