More 47's...1968

This has come up before.  I believe there was at least one LHD 47.  Not my area of expertise* though.

* Something that I have noticed shrinking as the years go by.  When I was young I knew everything.  Now I'm not sure I know anything at all  :-(

Haha, thank you, I had to chuckle at Jim doing a 'family saloon' road test but checking heel and toe position first.
For me the Corsair was the donor of the clubmans favorite Escort gearbox of the time, the 2000E bullet box

Yes, that huge french Europa thread is a treasure grove. I love those period 47 shots.

Thanks JB for the great 47 pics. Yes there was at least one LHD 47. There are several photos starting on page 51 of Ray Psulkowski's Europa book. He claims only one though.

In my younger days I raced a Swift DB4 Formula Atlantic. The DB is David Bruns, not David Brown of Aston Martin fame.
