International photos of all types...46, 54 & 74's that deserve viewing.
No basket cases or projects. Completed vehicles that have found their way to the internet that inspire!
Both street and race are welcome.

Great collection, Lou! I did an image search and found some of the Europas you posted but none any better!

Here are a few from my downloaded collection:

Those are some phenomenal examples. I’ll see if I can dig up some that inspire me!

I guess we should have included the types 47 & 62...oh, lets not forget just stock beauties.

The same Lotus 47 (GT-54) as seen at Spa in 2018:

Amazing pictures! To think that a golf cart is taller than a race prepped Europa.

Several others missed

I second the comment about Lou's beauty. There are more pictures of it in the gallery (see main menu above).

Couldn't resist...found this old gem recently posted on fb
I guess fighter jocks know about something that we all appreciate.

He was possibly going to prove he could drive it under the wings (apart from where the bombs and long range tanks were....) :D

i just placed some pics on Pinterest of my engine and body. My phone hasn't stopped dinging.
I guess people like the mirrors and polished engines.

As do we all.

A couple of type 74's in JPS trim...your thoughts.
I have to admit the first one is a bit too much and went a little overboard with all the flash and extra bits...the gold decal and pinstripe is the proper shade. Looks like every thing else hung on, was to match the color of the wheels.
Second version has "body shop Happy" Tokyo flavor...JPS applications a little too big, I like the wheels, but the rear quarter or sail is the best place to set off the body, not the door. I wonder if that rear wing is on steroids.
To each his own, whatever turns your crank!....no offense intended.

I'm not a fan of wings on street cars so I would lose them. All the big JPS applications make it look like advertising so I would lose that too.
In my opinion, they carried the black and gold color scheme too far but then I thought Chunky did too on the 72 (IMHO, roundels fo numbers should be white, but I'm probably not consistent about that and I realize I'm likely a minority on that score). For example, the under-door panel should be silver IMHO. But I like the gold wheels.
Having said all that, like you, I would never criticize what someone did to make his the way he wanted it - especially if it was well done. It's such a personal choice and it's his car!
