What better way to start another trip overseas?

A familiar stop to the Furlo gap and into the Apennines along twisty mountain roads was the perfect start to stretch the Europa's legs. The plan again was to stay away from the busy highways and concentrate on those roads less traveled.
Heads turned frequently in curiosity and admiration of this little plastic noisemaker, and
the occasional stop for coffee or petrol always attracted a crowd. At one point, we were forced to pull over as a grammar school was letting out. The youngsters were all smiles and fascinated as we spent a few minutes chatting and taking the required selfies.
Day trips included a beach run along the Adriatic coast and a mountain jaunt to the hills of Sassoferrato just west of Ancona. Another great trip, highlighted by my niece's wedding at a vineyard in Urbino with family and friends!
