I am still looking for a 365 or NG3 5sp tranny with axles or at least inner drive yokes.

I have seen few useable 365s come up for sale.  Say five or six in five or more years.

NG3s are much more readily available but they come in a wide variety of gear and final drive ratios.  None are 100% ideal for a Europa but some are really poor so do your homework to make sure you get the right one.  I gave away one from a Fuego Turbo just last year.
