Hard to say what this car will end up selling for, but it looks like a great beginning for a project.
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.

I contacted the seller and asked why he was selling as a parts car. He indicated that his registration had not been paid since 2004 and therefore was selling as parts.  :confused:

I would check with CHP if it is still in the system just to be safe.  If not then the seller does claim to have California title in hand.
So I reckon that would be good enough.  I don't see a downside to this sans frame damage.
