Looks like a tidy S1, in need of relatively minor re-commissioning.

Always, always count on having to change the chassis when considering an S1 purchase.  Perhaps you'll be lucky but don't count on it.  Sold in Canada means a high likelihood it was driven on winter roads.

I’d imagine the chassis will be due repairs or changing, unless it’s been very well maintained and protected
