TCS Front Sway Bar (Anti Roll Bar)
« on: Sunday,February 14, 2021, 05:09:36 AM »
I believe one of the previous owners of my car used the front anti roll bar as a towing attachment point, consequently it is bent. Whilst I have managed to "massage" the roll bar back into shape, I would like to know what the center to center mounting hole dimension is. (ie the distance between the front lower shock mounts). Has anybody got their anti roll bar off the car so that they could quickly measure it for me?

Many thanks GavinT - I'm at 1056, so a bit more "massaging"   :)

1056 is pretty good.
I wouldn't worry too much about getting it bang on - a few mm out would be fine.
With the suspension at full droop, you'll end up needing to wrestle it on the lower damper studs.
