Hello Everyone!
I'm looking a right top quarter front section from few inches behind headlight to bumper. Does anyone have one for sale and ship to California.
Thanks,
Tony

Bump.. any out there?

Sorry I can't help you with your body piece. I assume you've tried all the usual suspects (DBE, Claudius, r.d. enterprises, etc.). Maybe someone near you would be willing to polish up his car and pull a mold? Failing that, you may have to reconstruct it. Do you have the pieces that make up that area or are they gone? A picture of what you have might be helpful.

Does Banks, or Lotus Supplies still make and sell body parts? I got all four wheel well edges a few years ago for ~$100 per corner.
-
I would assume they do but I didn't see them listed. That would be a good place to try.

Yes, I do have have another S2 that I can use to make a mold. It's easier with a new panel. Thanks for your help.

You know that Boss Motors in Snetterton have original moulds and make repair panels - right? No idea what shipping will cost, but at least the pound is cheap.

Hi Tony,
What year is your car? Type 46 and 54 are low nose and have different fenders. For a text book case on doing it wrong take a close look at this car...
I might be able so source a fender for you in TX.

Hi Chuck,
It is a type 54.

The nose you show there is a high nose. Are you trying to convert back to low nose?
-
Chuck,
Its easier to stay like that. Just to fix the top section. Lots of works to do a complete nose. Thanks

Found one! Check your PMs!

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for helping me! There are two options. First otion is I found a local guy who is specialized in fiberglass that he can fix it for $3000 and a second option is to do it myself, I can make a mold from my other S2. I did some fiberglass works in the pass so it won't be difficult for me.

Do you have all the pieces? If so, I think your chances are pretty good to make a good repair.
-
Ah if you have a second car that is the way to go! Good luck.

Found this front piece local.

That looks like a great donor, and local too! :beerchug:
