Rear Deck Vent Screens

A few years ago someone on this forum or another posted an idea of how to he made great looking screens for the vents on the rear deck of his car.  Today, I used a modified version of his simple technique to dress up the vents on my car.

The photos show the results and the form I used to make them.

Where is it this year?  I highly doubt it’ll be Road ready by then.  Hopefully I might be able to show it next year, depending on where it’ll be held.  Until then, you’ll just have to take a vacation to Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea :)

These  are mine made for me by one of our group that I met at Silverston  In 2016. They are stainless steel which I painted gold but the colour doesn’t show up so well in the photo.
