I gave this design to rd enterprises.  I don't get any money from rd. 
I machined mine on my lathe.  I gave the design to Ray because I thought the plastic centers were cheap looking and kept falling off and I didn't want to machine any more.
RD charges $119 for 4.  They are retained with a screw.  The second photo is from my car.
