Not mine, but it's somewhat local to me.

I love it when the ad says..."ran before being parked"...

It reminds me of..."The dinosaurs were here just before the asteroid"

I emailed him, but have not heard back. I suspect he is deluged with inquiries.

Great! So was the last time it was parked in the 21st Century?  :FUNNY:

I think some information can be found in 'the car was running before being parked'. Some cars are put away because some thing broke like the engine, etc. To me that Europa looks like a good starting point for a restoration. Being a type 54 with single wiper and the early nose style is a plus. And it looks to be fairly complete and unmodified. If it's 5000 CAD $ than it equals to ~3500 € which is cheap.

The seller posted additional pictures. The front part of the chassis looks pretty rusty. Enough so that I would think twice about the purchase if the chassis needed replacement, or at a reduced cost. Anybody know if a Type 65 chassis will bolt right in to this Type 54 body?

Part numbers are the same though they are listed separately.  I suspect the federal chassis has some minor differences that won't amount to much.  Early S2 frames and late S2 frames has different mounting positions for the rear upper a-arm.  This too is easily sorted by changing spacers.

I didn't buy the car. Did anyone on here? I talked to the seller and he told me he sold it for $3500.
